Library book HOLDS for check out

You can HOLD up to 10 books. (We will process them in the order they are received) BUT you can only have THREE items out at a time.  

1.   Each MONDAY and TUESDAY we will send a mass email to everyone who has a hold ready for the Wednesday pickup. (We will hold books for 2 weeks.)
2.   After 14 days, your hold will be deleted, and the book will be returned to the shelf or given to the next requestor.  

 How to place a HOLD for a library book

• CHOOSE:  Tukes Valley Middle School link
• CLICK ON:  Catalog Tab
• CHOOSE:  Destiny Discover in the left hand menu, and begin to search.
• LOG IN:  Click log in at the top right and use your Google log-in account information.  The old library log in no longer works.

Picking up your books: after you receive a hold notice (by email), drive-up curbside on a Wednesday between 8 and 3.  From your car call the library 360-885-6264 with the following information: student name, what kind of vehicle, and if you are returning items (we have to bring out a tub). Wait in your car! Someone will bring your books to you and collect any you need to return.

Overdues/ Lost books:  we won’t worry about overdues and fines until later in the year.  Any missing items from last year WILL count against your 3 item limit.
